By creating an account or using CouponPS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
CouponPS is a marketing platform that allows restaurant and store owners to create coupon campaigns and run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We publish ads on your behalf using your Facebook Page as the ad identity.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be the authorized owner or administrator of any Facebook Page you connect to CouponPS.
Running ads requires a funded ad credit balance. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used for ad spend. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to pause or cancel campaigns if your balance reaches zero.
By connecting your Facebook Page, you authorize CouponPS to publish ads on your behalf. You agree that all ad content you submit complies with Meta's Advertising Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your ads do not violate any applicable laws or platform policies. CouponPS may reject or remove ads that violate these policies.
You may not use CouponPS to:
CouponPS is provided "as is." We are not liable for ad performance, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
