1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering an account, including your name, email address, and restaurant details. When you connect a Meta (Facebook) account, we store your Facebook Page ID and Page name to publish ads on your behalf. We do not store your personal Facebook profile information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and provide the CouponPS platform
• Publish advertising campaigns to Meta platforms on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your ad credit balance
• Send transactional emails related to your account and campaigns

3. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Facebook Page, we receive and store an access token that allows us to publish ads using your Page as the ad identity. This token is encrypted at rest. We only request the minimum permissions required: pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement. You can revoke this access at any time from your Meta settings or from your CouponPS account settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party services necessary to operate the platform, including Meta (for ad publishing), Stripe (for payment processing), and our hosting provider.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) to protect sensitive data such as OAuth tokens. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
